Cancellations & refunds

How to cancel a business plan, what happens to photos you've paid for, and who to ask about a refund. The full rules are in our Terms of Service.

Cancelling a business plan

Plans are monthly subscriptions bought in the CheckNuh app through the App Store or Google Play, and they renew automatically until you cancel.
Cancel in your Apple or Google account's subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the current month ends, to avoid being charged for the next one. CheckNuh can't cancel a subscription for you.
You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for. There's no refund for the remaining time.
If a plan ends, you can no longer post new listings, and after any grace period your listings are hidden from customer search until the plan is active again.

Everything bought in the CheckNuh app is paid for through Apple or Google, so refund requests go to them, under their own refund rules. CheckNuh can't issue a refund on their behalf.
If making your professional photos fails after you've paid, what you paid for is kept for your next request.
Coupon codes have no cash value and can't be refunded or exchanged.

Customers pay businesses directly, and CheckNuh doesn't handle payment for the goods.
Returns, refunds, delivery and the condition of an item are between you and the business you bought from. Contact them first.
If a business on CheckNuh isn't playing fair, report the listing or the business in the app so our team can review it.
